Question 1:

There are people who do not practice the mental invocation of Nam-Mo-A-Di-Da-Phat, but they only practice the meditation exercises of Concentration of Spiritual Energy, Cyclical Breathing Without Retention, and Meditative Contemplation. In that case, will they be able to develop the 6 chakra centers?

Answer:

Doing so is like doing physical exercise only. In contrast, the mental invocation of Nam-Mo-A-Di-Da-Phat allows the soul to return to a pure and light location, and nurture the goal to advance toward infinity. This is different. The other way is like a physical exercise, this is not the same.

Question 2:
What does Mental Invocation mean?
Answer:

Mental Invocation means you need to use your mind. Your mind thinks of silently invoking the six vibratory words within purity and lightness, not by reciting them aloud to let others listen. Reciting aloud will only dissipate your energy, and you will never be able to develop your spiritual consciousness. Only a silent mental invocation will develop the spiritual consciousness.

Question 3:
What does a Regular Mental Invocation mean?

Answer:

Regular invocation means that you have acquired the habit to practice the silent invocation. You are used to curl your tongue, incisors against incisors. You will feel healthy and light. This is a good habit in order to develop your spiritual consciousness, and to turn toward Emptiness. You will be able to release all worries, sadness, and errors in your inner consciousness.

Question 4:
What does an Infinite Mental Invocation mean?

Answer:

Before attaining an infinite invocation, you first attain the regular invocation. When you attain an infinite invocation, you no longer practice the invocation, but you always remember it. When you think of Nam-Mo-A-Di-Da-Phat, your head will project light. When you think of "Nam", this point will illuminate. When you think of "Mo", this point will illuminate. The whole original principle resides inside Nam-Mo-A-Di-Da-Phat. When we look at an issue, we see whether there is equilibrium or not, and we will understand. Once we achieve equilibrium, our words will easily touch people's hearts, and we will understand many things from them.
