NATURALNESS AND SPONTANEITY

Q&A Session in Montreal - 1982

Question: Dear Baby Tám, lately, you often teach us to live within naturalness and spontaneity. Please explain more to us, so that the senior ladies and gentlemen here can all become natural and spontaneous.

Answer: In order to achieve naturalness and spontaneity, we must have a clear spiritual method. We practice the silent mental invocation of NAM-MO-A-DI-DA-PHAT in order to develop the energy vibrations in our body. We will restore equilibrium to our inner psychology.

We will always live in a natural and spontaneous manner, and do not need to dwell upon issues. When an issue comes, we will handle it, if it does not happen, we do not need to worry about it.

To worry means to lose one’s naturalness and spontaneity.

We let it happen naturally and spontaneously. If it comes, we will work on it.

Since we are always serene, we will be able to resolve any kind of problem.

We should not worry in advance about things that have not happened yet.

What’s the need to worry? If worries do not resolve the issue, why worry?

We will only cause agitation. When our inner psychology becomes more and more agitated each day, how can we develop ourselves spiritually?

With our Vô-Vi method, there is only one solution, to understand the original principle of NAM-MO-A-DI-DA_PHAT.

We must utilize this original principle. We mentally invoke NAM-MO-A-Di-DA-PHAT

to fully comprehend the original principle of NAM-MO-A-DI-DA-PHAT.

At that time, our consciousness will be detached of all matters.

Whatever problem we are facing, we will be able to resolve it.

This is a proof, that with the Vô-Vi method and science,  we do not have to fear anything. We are not afraid of difficulties. We are not afraid of sufferings.

Suffering, suffering, suffering, three times suffering, before entering the border of the Land of The Dharma of Buddha.

We aim to return to the Land of Buddha; we do not plan to remain on earth.

Suffering is due to a lack of courage which makes us suffer.

If we harmonize with suffering, there is no more suffering.

We refuse to blend with suffering. Therefore, we will find unhappiness in everything.

What causes suffering?

Suffering happens when our profane character conquers our spiritual consciousness.

If we are able to control our character, if we are able to release the impurities in our character, if we clearly understand our character, we will no longer be subjected to sufferings.
