Whatever God is planning is very sophisticate, let’s not belittle it…

Lecture by Master Vi-Kien in Montreal, 16 October 1983

Question: 

Dear Master, a tree needs 10 years to become mature, a human needs 100 years to be educated, but you just said that humans are responsible. They are responsible for their evil deeds. They invent nuclear weapons, and all kinds of murderous means to kill each other. Then, one day, war will break out, and only then will humans awaken their spiritual consciousness. But if we follow the present development, I see that there are too many perturbations. People with a spiritual inclination are very few, and once war breaks out, in particular a nuclear war, our soul and astral body will be annihilated. What means are left to awaken our consciousness? We see too few spiritual people, but too many evil people. How can we re-establish our soul after a war to be able to perfect ourselves in a timely manner? 

Answer by Master Vi-Kien:

Your way of thinking is based on a profane heart, while the work of God is beyond any discussion. As Vietnamese people, we have experienced it clearly: Missiles were fired into Viet-Nam incessantly, but those who heard the blasting noises are still sitting here and talking. Why aren’t they dead? It depends on the blessings of each individual. They have not cultivated themselves spiritually during this lifetime only. They have not perfected themselves spiritually during this hour only, but they already did since a very long time. 

Therefore, you see the karmic relationships on this earth. Oftentimes, a man marries a woman that he cannot bear listening to. So, he has an opportunity to cultivate himself spiritually. A woman marries a man, but her chest tightens immediately when hearing a couple of words from him. All this happens to awaken your consciousness!

This is the work of God. We can see it inside the family. Many people can only speak with their father a few words, then they can no longer stand him. They would say: “He says weird things.” This is how they speak about their father! But this is how they eventually awaken their consciousness. Then, both father and child will learn together and perfect themselves spiritually together. We are all brothers and sisters on earth. We have the weapon of compassionate love granted by The Lord to educate ourselves. Even though people may look rude, they are also benevolent. Even though it looks like they do not perfect themselves spiritually, they do. 

If they know how to buy a nice house to live in, they know how to perfect themselves spiritually. Do you see it? In the contrary, if they burn other people’s houses, then build a new house there to live in, this is wrong.   If they know how to care for their own home, then they also know how to care for their own equilibrium.

The spiritual lessons from God are multi-faceted. As I have said, the falling snow is also a spiritual lesson. Whoever lives in a tropical country, and gets angry easily, if you bring them to live in a snow country, such as Montreal, they will forget all about their anger during winter. Isn’t winter a spiritual method? What is the purpose of a spiritual method? To liberate all impurities in our soul, do you see it?

“I am really mad at this guy, but at night, it is so cold that I forget it. I am distracted by the cold, and I forget my anger.” Therefore, the methods from God are innumerable, and not limited to the Vô-Vi Method with the exercises of Concentration of Spiritual Energy, Cyclical Breathing, and Meditative Contemplation! They are innumerable. Those who practice the Concentration of Spiritual Energy, Cyclical Breathing, Meditative Contemplation should still learn the additional methods of rain and sunshine from Heaven and Earth. We step on earth, but we do not know the value of the earth. We walk on earth, but we disdain the sand and earth. I have said that in the future, sand and earth will be above you, and that you will never lie on top of the sand and earth. You are more rotten than they are, and you need their help to cover your own wrongdoings.

Therefore, we see that everything planned by God is very subtle and complex, we should not belittle them and waste time. We should keep our awakened consciousness to learn from all things. We should not hastily belittle things then we will suffer and fall into darkness. Do you see it?

On earth, there are many theoreticians who only utilize one aspect and forget the other one. They only utilize the right side and forget the left side, which is wrong. The TRUTH must be round and complete.

As Vô-Vi practitioners, we follow the path of TRUTH! We do not follow the actions of an individual! Thus, your mind and consciousness are infinite. You listen to the words of truth which are infinite and immutable. You turn within to examine yourselves. You develop yourselves. Only when you open your infinitely generous heart, will you be able to welcome the pure light and go on your own. You will no longer be dependent. At this belated moment, the Vô-Vi method has appeared everywhere to exhort everyone to awaken their consciousness on their own and utilize their existing abilities. O My Friends, you should not waste time and procrastinate anymore!

      In this final opportunity, the Vô-Vi method does not take anyone into special consideration. It uses direct words and shows a direct path to everyone. If one refuses to go on this path, one will only harm oneself.
