We should forget our limbs and focus on our navel. We should focus at this location, our navel.

We should exhale fully and flatten our stomach completely. We inhale through the nose. Keep your tongue curled up, incisors against incisors. Mentally look forward from the center point between the eyebrows and think about the navel. 

When lying down, mentally focus on your navel. The mind and navel area are connected, and the 2 flows of energy will connect to each other.  We should slowly exhale and  flatten our stomach to fully eliminate the air. Slowly inhale until your stomach is full and fill up your navel area. Why do we fully inhale to fill our navel area?

Doing so, we press against the kidneys and bring warmth there. The kidney water energy will flow abundantly. We will open our Yang meridian, which runs through our kidneys up to our head until the upper lip. When we exhale, we should fully flatten our stomach. We count 1 for the first breath cycle. We continue doing the breath cycles …Mentally count 2, 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9, 10,11,12, then we pause briefly. Why do we practice the breath cycles from 1 to 12? It represents a full phase, then from that 12-cycle-phase we return to emptiness, i.e., we continue to mentally count down from 1 to 11,  1..2.3.4.5.6..7.8. 9 10 11 – brief pause – then 1-10:  1, 2 3 4 5 6 8 9 10  --then …1…2…3…4…5..6…7…8..9 ;.. then 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8 ; ..1..2..3..4..5..6..7;.. 1..2..3..4..5..6; ..1..2..3..4..5;.. 1..2..3..4; ..1..2..3 ; 1..2; ..1;  END. 

Why do we need to inhale fully? When we inhale fully and focus on our navel, the energy there becomes stronger. As we inhale and push our abdomen upward fully, we exert a pressure on the kidneys. The impure energy in the kidneys will be released through the elimination channels and also from the whole nervous system which relates to our heart. Those people who have chest pain could practice this method exactly as I am demonstrating here and they would be able to feel an immediate relief after this abdominal breathing exercise, there will no longer be pain.

Those who suffer from stomach issues, weakness in the liver, can also practice this exercise to become stronger and have a better appetite. Your saliva will flow more freely, it will become sweeter and no longer bitter. This is a proof that you have purified yourselves.

Elderly people are not able to inhale fully, they can neither inhale properly nor walk by themselves. Why? They have lost their vital energy. When you lack vital energy, you cannot stand and walk with ease. You feel that your feet are heavy. Those who suffer from arthrosis can also practice this exercise. When we lie down and relax our limbs, we also chase the impure energy and the poisonous wind will be released. Therefore, elderly people who keep practicing this exercise will be able to live longer. What keeps us alive? We are alive through our breathing. However, if our pure energy is insufficient, we will slowly become weaker and our five organs will no longer function, leading to death. The cancer disease is similar. When our blood does not circulate freely, it will stagnate and collect impurities from our character. When we are angry, we put pressure on our liver. Our blood cannot purify uniformly, and it will stagnate. When we are frustrated and angry, our character will erupt and cause the blood cells to become more and more stagnated and they cannot be purified regularly. Since these blood cells do not regenerate and circulate freely, it will lead to disease. Therefore, cancer patients always have tumors that keep growing until their death.

In contrary, when we practice this exercise, we will release our impurities. We must spend great efforts and be perseverant. We must practice with perseverance. We utilize the pure energy of the whole universe to help us cure our own diseases. You see that the herbal medicine also grows thanks to the pure energy, and they either have positive or negative energy! When we utilize the pure energy of the whole universe to harmonize with our five organs, our five senses, then our meridians and blood will circulate freely, and we will certainly be free from diseases.

Everyone must practice faithfully and correctly in order to resolve their own problems. When you practice like I did, when you inhale and exhale exactly like the method that I am demonstrating here, you will regulate your liver, and your character will be calmer, you will have less anger. When your liver is regulated, your character will be calmer. When we are able to rectify our character and our mind, we will like to sit quietly at one place, and only then will we be ready 

The method that I just showed you is reserved to those who are just initiated to the Vo-Vi method. As beginners, you will only practice 2 exercises (Concentration of Spiritual Energy and Lying Down Abdominal Breathing).

During the day, you have spent vital energy through talking. When coming home, you need to restore your energy. You bring in the pure energy into your inner consciousness, your inner organs to revitalize your energy, your blood cells will regenerate and circulate in harmony with the current heavenly atmosphere. You will no longer suffer from diseases, you will become younger and healthier each day, and you will clearly release the impure energy and preserve the pure energy. After practicing for 6 months, you will feel very light. When you practice the Exercise of Concentration of Spiritual Energy and the Lying Down Abdominal Breathing as I have demonstrated, you will feel lightness and warmth in your body. Only at that time, you will like to practice the sitting meditation. Only then will you start the sitting meditation.
