Part 4: Explanations by Master Vi-Kien about the Meditative Contemplation.

We should keep our tongue curled up to the upper gum, incisors against incisors, and focus forward at the middle point between the eyebrows.

If our heart is agitated, we should keep focusing forward at the middle point between the eyebrows and mentally invoke Nam Mo A Di Da Phat. This is the meditative contemplation.

When we see a spark of light whether on the right side or the left side, we should not pay attention to it. We should focus forward at the central middle point to achieve harmony from both sides, whether right or left. This means to perfect oneself spiritually in accordance with the dharma of Buddha.

In our earthly life, if we turn to the right and ignore the left, it will cause imbalance. When we turn to the left, the right side loses balance. We will create an imbalance in our inner consciousness and we will be unable to evolve further.  During the meditative contemplation, we curl our tongue up to the upper gum, incisors against incisors, our saliva will flow and we should turn our head on this side to swallow it. When we practice the silent invocation of Nam Mo A Di Da Phat, our saliva will flow and we should turn our head to the left side to swallow it.

Why do we turn our head to the left side? If we look straight  and swallow the saliva, we will choke. When we turn to the left, it represents the Fire Element, and when we add the Water element, both generate harmony, and we will not choke.

Why should we mentally invoke Nam Mo A Di Da Phat constantly? In order to nurture our spiritual will and acquire a good habit, so that we may focus and unify our energy and harmonize with the whole universe.  Therefore, we will achieve serenity thanks to the principle of Nam Mo A Di Da Phat.

Thanks to the pure energy of Nam Mo A Di Da Phat, we will develop all the sentient beings in our organism and harmonize with the thousands of beings in the whole universe.

We exist in a multitude of states, therefore, we must harmonize with a multitude of states, in order to attain the Contemplative state. One cannot attain the Contemplative state by sitting in meditation alone. We must understand that our energy vibrations should harmonize with infinity in order to achieve serenity. If our vibrations are constantly weakened, but we keep asking for salvation from Heaven, then we will only stagnate in our spiritual perfection and we won’t be able to ascend higher. The Buddha used his human body and transformed it to give us a visual proof. Similarly, we must utilize our body to train and develop ourselves. Only then will we be worthy to present ourselves in front of the Buddhas and the Immortals. Jesus Christ also used His Body to show to humankind that Compassionate Love and Spiritual Virtue are infinite, and to eradicate all hatred.

Why do we nurture hatred? Because of our darkness, our ignorance. We wrongly believe that we have survived this time, but this is not true. Our body cannot live forever on earth. God and the Buddhas have demonstrated to us that the human body does not last forever. Only our soul can achieve eternity. Therefore, we must restore our order and equilibrium,  in order to advance toward the sphere of pure energy.

When we descend into the human body, we also incorporate our flux of sacred energy into it. Then we are imprisoned in the womb of our mother for 9 months and 10 days. We keep learning in this darkness and we accept to reside in that narrow space. Once we are born on earth, we still disagree with this limited body, so we cry loudly at birth.

Now we have awakened and see clearly that we must eventually abandon this body. Therefore, we have this Vô-Vi method to learn and to restore our order and equilibrium. We will be able to communicate with the Great Serenity and return to the sphere of serenity, which is our original pure nature. Therefore, we must re-establish our order in order to search for our true nature. The righteous dharma is the dharma which allows me to find my true self. On the other hand, if I keep turning outward and looking for a new method, this is not the righteous one.

The Buddha found his true self inside agitation and achieved serenity. He was truly successful! Similarly, Jesus Christ practiced his compassion in spite of the killings, because he had attained serenity and was able to provide spiritual salvation to all beings! It is the same for us. We carry this physical body,i.e., we live inside agitation, and we must restore our order. Then we will return to serenity, and we will be able to save the sentient beings in our organism. They are also perfecting themselves spiritually along with us on this earth, and they are waiting for our enlightenment in order to achieve salvation. If we do not concentrate our pure energy during the meditative contemplation, how will we be able to provide salvation to all the beings that we have taken into our body and organs every day? For example, the animals that you are eating, the vegetables that you are eating, these are all beings who wish to evolve further when they enter the microcosm of a human being in accordance with God’s will, so that they have the opportunity to develop themselves in a more subtle manner.

However, if the human being descends to lower levels, his procrastination will cause infinite sufferings to all his sentient beings.

Therefore, we awaken our consciousness to save all beings. We must nurture our clarity of mind. As the Master-Soul, we have the duty to learn. We must advance and provide spiritual salvation to all the sentient beings inside our body, only then will we be able to influence humanity in the future. Therefore, our Vô-Vi spiritual method is a method to achieve enlightenment, not a method to oppress others. Absolutely not.

Personally, I have restored my own order, and I was able to see the whole universe. Also, I saw that I needed to practice compassionate love and spiritual virtue. I should love myself, and educate the thousands of beings inside my organism, because I exist from a multitude of states and I should harmonize with all states in an orderly way and no longer be agitated. Each person must practice this method and use it as one’s own. They should not be dependent on one person. They should not follow the orders of a predecessor or a follower. You should keep this dharma as your own, and remember my words. The Buddha has given us his heritage. Buddhahood comes from spiritual awakening. Everyone must know that Buddha is us, and we are Buddha. Therefore, if we accept to advance spiritually, we will achieve Buddhahood. If we refuse to advance, we can pray for Buddha but we will only drift away from him gradually.

Therefore, when you are initiated to this dharma, it becomes yours. Similarly, I was initiated to this dharma, and I spent great efforts to study in depth and practice, so that I may achieve today’s results.

You also have to research thoroughly before practicing. You should not be deluded by another person. All spiritual methods are good, but they are easily being abused, because people tend to distort the truth in order to utilize the spiritual method for their own profit.

We must absolutely avoid these pitfalls! When you practice this spiritual method, you are the Master of this method, if you accept to practice. Why do I need to say so? If a spiritual method is granted by God, why do I say that you are the master?

You are the children of God, so you hold the right to govern your own microcosm. You have the right to focus or disperse your energy, to accept or to refuse, in accordance with the capacity of your own spiritual evolution.  No one else can help you with their abilities.

Numerous religions have exhorted people to awaken spiritually, numerous saints have tried to teach you how to become a saint, but have you ever become a saint? Often, you have received a full education, a doctorate degree, you have become a doctor, all kinds of educated levels on earth. You believe that you are intellectual, you are superior, but oftentimes, you would awaken your consciousness during one night, and once awakened, you realize that you are infinitely savage.

We see that only those who have been jailed were able to see their errors clearly. Therefore, the revolutionaries who were jailed repeatedly were those who repented. They were those who truly knew how to love the people. At that time, the assembly of terrestrial saints would bestow upon them their spiritual blessings and allow them to work for the public.  Now, we are also repenting our own mistakes, so we are restoring our order to improve ourselves. If you belong to the elite group in society, if you have received the support of the people, if you have received the Love of God, the guidance of God and the Immortals, you must have a higher intelligence than others, then you should more easily be able to restore your order and do it to a greater extent. At that time, you will clearly see your true spiritual root, where you are coming from, and where you will eventually go.

You see the eternal nature of the soul, of humanity. At that time, you will no longer hold a prejudice against others because of your education and belittle others. You will no longer assume that your level is higher, and despise others to be lower. Doing so, you will only remain in darkness, in a dark corner and won’t understand anything! If a person is intelligent and tolerant, they will never despise anyone. We should neither doubt anyone nor fully believe anyone. Even with a blade of grass, we should use our compassion and learn from its struggle to eveolve further. So how can we despise a human being? This is the greatest blunder of the intellectual elite currently.

Those people should repent themselves. They should not err in the literary world as they will only harvest sufferings in the future. They will suffer infinitely at the moment of death, because they could only see the front side of the issues, and do not understand the back side.

They will suffer enormously on the spiritual plane. One should not count on one’s talent to take advantage of others, to convince others and lead them into a wrong place, while one is not yet able to save oneself, and while still nobody knows the path of liberation. Doing so will only cause Hell on earth, instead of bringing people closer to Heaven

If everyone regains their spiritual awareness and restores their own inner order, they will be worthy of a human being who lives in accordance with the law of the universe. We are students of the whole universe. We must live within an infinite compassion among brothers and siters in order to return to our true roots, where God, our Divine Father, is still awaiting us and hoping that we will return as early as possible. Our social status on earth does not help our soul. Here on earth, we only practice compassion and spiritual virtue. First, we must know how to love ourselves before knowing how to love everyone. We must restore our inner order before being able to restore order to all beings.

Everyone must dedicate themselves to practice the virtue of sacrifice. Even an ox or a hog is able to practice the virtue of sacrifice, so that you are able to enjoy their meat. Because of their tardiness, they must endure the cycle of reincarnations to learn about sufferings and allow them to advance within courage. We should understand, as intellectuals, as educated people, we must understand the meaning of the virtue of sacrifice. What is the value of the virtue of sacrifice? Fighting does not earn respect, but harmony, progress and purification. When we belittle others, have we looked at ourselves yet? Do we understand ourselves yet? Have we seen our true physiognomy yet? Have we seen our true visage yet? How can we despise others? This is the greatest blunder that is currently invading this dark planet earth.

I hope that the respected spiritual practitioners, the venerable monks,  politicians and intellectuals will strive to restore their inner order as soon as possible to see their true nature and be able to make positive contributions to society. Then we will clearly see that we are indebted towards the whole universe. We must pay back what we owe. We should direct our spiritual consciousness toward the center of energy of the universe to harmonize with all spheres. We should do this essential task and provide spiritual guidance to all beings. We should practice compassionate love and spiritual virture. Otherwise, it will only be all talk and no action. We can have a lot of argumentation, but it leads nowhere. Therefore, we must perfect ourselves spiritually and progress in silence to return to our true homeland and understand clearly our spiritual root. Only then will our soul be at peace.

You have many spiritual methods on earth. Personally, I have studied many methods, but eventually, I have found this method and wish to offer it to you. I was a person full of anger and infatuation, rebellious against all kinds of spheres, curious about many things, but eventually, I must abide and return to the order of the whole universe. It is not possible for me to live while abandoning the whole universe. I clearly realize that my breathing rhythm is also your breathing rhythm.

All of us living on this planet earth follow the same breathing rhythm as that of God, but we forget His love. When a child forgets His Father, this is a great sin, leading to infinite suffering. We should no longer let God be lonely. We must return to His vast aura through our compassionate love, through our listening and seeing.  We must develop our five senses: our thoughts, our eyes, our ears, our nose, our mouth. These five elements are called the five  aggregates, but they are just 5 numbers.

If you can unblock and develop these 5 numbers, if you have a means to solve these 5 riddles, then you will be able to solve the whole universe. If you are able to thoroughly unblock these 5 numbers which represent your head, then your five organs will follow accordingly. You will no longer harbor bad habits, violence, rivalries, contempt towards others, and cause wars on earth. Mankind creates the material and lets it preside over the spiritual. They forget that the soul is currently governing the material. When people let the material take over the spiritual, this is very sad for those who possess an enlightened mind, but do not recognize their own lucidity, and do not nurture this lucidity to advance toward infinity in order to be able to save mankind.
